We’ve incorporated the best calorie-Salcombe fudge burning exercises with running & resistance exercises. This is not a traditional circuit class format, we provide a fun scenic warm-up, whilst providing you with your own clean equipment, to deliver an energetic, cardio-focused workout.

You won't be sharing any of the equipment within the group, and there will be appropriate space to exercise whilst enjoying everyone's company.

Young children deserve a chance to lead a healthy lifestyle through seaside sports and exercise, so we have designed the perfect class to get your kids out on the beach and running around like a sporting superstar. Our instructor is a fully trained Games and PE teacher (DBS checked) and eager to put away the computer screen after too much teaching on Zoom.

Stop by, make some friends and have some seaside fun.

Scenic Salcombe is a beautiful place to run - rain or shine - but don't do it alone! Running with a group can help you stay motivated and focus on technique and more importantly make some friends on holiday. So come along and run with us and enjoy the breathtaking views. 

£1 of every runners fee's goes to the RNLI. Why not run for a great cause.
