Beginners - Hard

HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred percent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.

Example of Classes

Rowing is woven in the fine fabric of Salcombe and why not train to be part of the crew on the estuary. Most classes will include intervals of higher and lower intensity. Think of a rowing class as a HIIT class, just lower impact. “Rowing is an efficient workout that can be accomplished in a short amount of time. ((DISCOUNT TO ALL ROWING MEMBERS))
